Supervisor Koshar called the meeting to order at 7:00pm, and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll call: Hess, Hutson Koshar, Mroz, Schick.
THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED COSTS AND TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE ERADICATION OR CONTROL OF AQUATIC WEEDS AND PLANTS FOR BIG FISH LAKE, SADDLEBAG LAKE, AND THAT PORTION OF FINCH LAKE LYING IN MARCELLUS TOWNSHIP.
Public Comments: None
Board reviewed the proposed assessment and weed abatement for the lakes. They disccussed continuing the five year assessment and cost and at some point the assessment cose may increase. Property owners are pleased with the success of the treatments.
Moved by Hess, supported by Schick, to approve the Special Resolution for Special Assessment District Weed Control to continue for five more years. Roll call: Hess, Hutson, Koshar, Mroz, Schick. Motion carried.

Moved by Hess, supported by Koshar, to adjourn the meeting. All ayes, motion carried. Time: 7:20pm
