The 104th Annual Adas-McKain Reunion will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at the Adams Centennial Farm, 88789 23rd St. (Porter Twp., Van Buren County), about 7 miles west of Schoolcraft, Michigan. From Schoolcraft, go west on W Ave, about 7 miles, and turn left (south) on 23rd St., and go about 1 mile to the farm. (Note that street names change at the Kalamazoo/Van Buren county line, which is VanKal/22nd St.)
The formal family gathering begins at 12:30 p.m., with the meal beginning around 1:30. The barn and home will be open before this, so come early for a tour. Meal will be potluck. Bring a dish to pass and your beverages. The reunion committee will furnish tables, chairs, plates, plastic ware and water.Â
Forty-six family members attended last year’s event on August 6, 2022.
