Here at The Bluegill Frolic headquarters, we are really ramping up speed making sure everything is in place for a Fun and Successful Bluegill Frolic 2026. Hopefully most of the Community has noticed we have become more digital this year with the biggest change being the addition of our website at www.bluegillfrolic.com. Thank you to Jaclyn Lyles for the vision and to Carter Surach with Greenline Media for making that vision come to fruition. The site is still a work in progress, but the end goal is ‘Everything Bluegill Frolic’ will be available from the website in the near future.
What’s going on in May?
We had our First Friday on the 1st and even though the weather was a little on the chilly side we still had a great time and Thank You to all that stopped by and helped us raise another $121 for Your Frolic.
Sunday, May 17: 1230-430 we are having our Tupperware Bingo at Patch & Remington. We want to apologize for the last two being canceled due to personal emergencies from our host of the bingo. Information available on our Facebook Page under Events.
Thursday, May 21: Our Bluegill Frolic Meeting at 6pm at Patch & Remington. Public is welcome and this will be shared live on Facebook. Eventually we will have these available on the website as well.
Sunday, May 24: My Mini & Me Dance 1-4 at The Hudson Building. Tickets available on the website $5/person. Further information under the events on our Facebook page.

June Teasers: We are waiting on final approval but hoping to have an adult surprise at First Friday June 5. We will have some dancing going on June 6, tickets available on the website. There will be some shiny cars and motorcycles out to look at June 20 with our co-cost, VFW Post 4054 and sponsor by Willow Lake Sportsman’s Club.
Thank you, again, to our community for already helping us reach 60% of our financial goal so far. We have our goal meter on the website as well as our thermometer banner displayed downtown so everyone can keep tabs on how close we are getting.
