Lori Whitmyer, the new Cass County Conservation District Administrator
CASSOPOLIS—The Cass County Conservation District located in Cassopolis Michigan is pleased to announce Mrs. Lori Whitmyer (right) as our new District Administrator. Lori is a lifelong resident of Cass County with a strong background in agriculture and conservation. Living on her family farm, Lori knows firsthand the importance of conservation and preservation. Her experience with 4-H, Farm to School, MEAP, MDARD, EGLE, and 8 years at Community Mills makes her a great asset as she takes on this role. Our hope is that Lori can bring new programs and grants to benefit Cass County. With educational tools, creativity, and diligence we hope to provide more and more conservation resources in the future. Lori’s involvement in the community, and connections with organizations leave no doubt that she will bring new and exciting opportunities to our county.Â
