The Hudson Memorial Building Board supports and encourages the use of the building facilities by area organizations and individuals. Marcellus is fortunate to have this beautiful and inexpensive venue available to rent.
At its February 8 meeting, the board voted to increase the security deposit to $125.00 from $75.00. This change will take effect on March 1, 2022. The decision was not an easy one for the board to make. Sadly, some individuals have mistreated the building by not following the rental policies. Chairman Carmi Essex stated that “the increase in the deposit may inspire the renters to follow the rules.”
