Kathy Warren Harris, 55, of Marcellus, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Bronson Methodist Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 5, 1968, in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Kenneth and Carla (Martin) Warren. She lived in Forney, Texas during her childhood years and went to work as a nursing assistant.
Kathy met her future husband, Charles F. “Charlie” Harris, at her brother’s New Year’s Eve party and they were married on August 18, 1997. Together they moved to Marcellus, where she continued her work as a caregiver.
She enjoyed her family and friends, loved to talk to people, and had a beautiful smile.
Remaining to cherish her memory are her mother, Carla Warren; husband, Charlie Harris; sons, Justin Green, Jeremy Green, Weston Harris, and William Harris; grandchildren, Nolan, Hannah, Conner, and Hayden; brothers, Kevin (Bonnie) Warren and Kyle (Shelly) Warren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Newberg, 13021 Born St., Jones. A memorial service will follow at noon at the church with Pastor Mike Owen officiating.
