NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING 

TO:       THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF MARCELLUS TOWNSHIP, CASS COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Marcellus Township Planning Commission will hold a special meeting, including public hearing, on July 29, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Marcellus Township Hall located at 463 W Main Street, Marcellus, MI 49067 Cass County, Michigan, regarding the following items:  

1. A public hearing on the Site Plan Review request of TDN Holdings, LLC on Parcel 14-050-009-015-00, legally described as 502-794 117A SEC 9 T5S R13W COM AT NE COR OF NW ¼ SE ¼ OF SEC TH W 841 FT, TH S 518 FT, TH E 841 FT TH N 518 FT TO PL OF BEG, zoned Agricultural-Residential with Highway Development overlay to construct a 22,135 square foot edition.

Written comments will be received concerning the above matters by the Marcellus Township Zoning Administrator via first class mail to PO Box 222, Cassopolis, MI 49031 or by email at zoningadmin@zoningsolutions.net and may further be submitted to the Planning Commission at the meeting.

The application for the Special Land Use as well as plans/drawings and the Marcellus Township Zoning Ordinance may be examined by contacting the Marcellus Township Zoning Administrator via first class mail to PO Box 222, Cassopolis, MI 49031 or by email at zoningadmin@zoningsolutions.net  after publication of this Notice and may also be examined at the meeting.  All interested persons are invited to be present at the aforesaid time and place.

Marcellus Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the hearing to individuals with disabilities upon receipt of notice at least five (5) days prior to the public hearing.  Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Township Clerk.
