FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LAKE FRONT DISTRICT

Section 4.06 Sub Paragraph (B.) (2). – FRONT YARD)) Amended to add Sub Paragraph (b.) (2.) with verbiage reading:

2. Structures, provide it shall not exceed twelve (12) feet by twelve (12) feet or one hundred and forty-four (144) square feet in area and not to exceed ten (10) feet in height with a front yard set­ back of fifteen (15) feet from the lake or stream and side yard setback at 6 (feet). The structure must be non-enclosed.

Also, Section 10.22 (LAKEFRONT RESIDENTIAL) Sub Paragraph (B.), Amended to add Sub Paragraph (B.) (2.) with verbiage reading:

2. Structures, provide it shall not exceed twelve (12) feet by twelve (12) feet or one hundred and forty-four (144) square feet in area and not to exceed ten (10) feet in height with a front yard set­ back of fifteen (15) feet from the lake or stream and side yard setback at 6 (feet). The structure must be non-enclosed.

All other ordinances and parts of the ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

This Amendment is in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication as pro­ vided by law.

Amendment to the Single-Family & Residential Lake Front Ordinance as submitted:

Motion by Koshar, seconded by Hess, to approve the amendments to the Single-Family Residential & Single-Family Residential Lake Front District. All Ayes – Motion Carried.
