FOR MICHIGAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING
Marcellus Township will conduct a public hearing on June 17, 2025 at 6:00PM at Marcellus Township Hall, 463 W. Main Street, Marcellus, MI 49067 for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a MSHDA CDBG grant.
Marcellus Township proposes to use $200,000 in CDBG funds to fund homeowner rehabilitation of existing housing stock in Marcellus Township. All funds will be used for rehabilitation of existing homes, including administrative costs. The funds will benefit at least 70% low to moderate income persons. Zero persons will be displaced as a result of the proposed activities.

Comments on proposed activity may be submitted in writing through June 16, 2025 or made in person at the public hearing.
