Supervisor Koshar called the meeting to order at 6:20pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance
Roll Call: Koshar, Mroz, Schick, Hess, and Plummer
Motion by Schick, supported by Hess, to approve the agenda, as amended for the November 12, 2025, meeting. All Ayes – motion carried

Koshar shared that the meeting was to approve the recommendation of the planning commission for the amended solar array resolution. Motion by Schick, seconded by Hess, to approve the resolution for additional parcels resolution. All Ayes – Motion Carried.
Motion by Hess, seconded by Plummer, to approve the battery storage project resolution. All Ayes, motion carried.
Motion by Koshar, seconded by Hess, to approve the additional partials for the solar array. All Ayes, Motion carried.
Motion by Koshar, seconded by Schick, to approve the battery storage project. All Ayes – motion carried. Motion by Hess, seconded by Schick, to adjourn at 6:25 pm. All ayes – motion carried
