
We’re all ready to get outside and enjoy spring, but if you’re looking for something to do during April showers, check out all the new DVDs the library has added in the past month:
Sing 2 – Rated PG, this long-awaited sequel follows Buster Moon and his friends as they struggle to persuade a reclusive rock star to join their band for the opening of a new show.
American Underdog – Rated PG, this film tells the inspirational true story of Kurt Warner, who went from a stockboy at a grocery store to a two-time NFL MVP, Super Bowl champion, and Hall of Fame quarterback.
Belfast – Rated PG13, this Irish drama follows the story of a boy growing up in the late 1960s in Belfast whose family must decide whether to stay or leave amid the social tumult.
King Richard – Rated PG13, this inspirational movie, details the journey of Richard Williams, an undeterred father instrumental in raising two of the most extraordinarily gifted tennis players of all time.
The King’s Man – Rated R, this prequel turns back to the formation of the Kingsman agency as it’s created to stand against a cabal plotting a war to wipe out millions.
The Matrix Resurrection – Rated R, this 4th installment of The Matrix centers on the creator of “The Matrix” game series who starts to suspect that the stories and characters of his games are not fiction.
Yellowstone, Season 4 – Rated R, this season offers shifting alliances and a growing list of enemies, as the Dutton family’s legacy is jeopardized like never before, and retribution is certain.
While most NEW DVDs are limited to overnight checkouts, seasons of television series like Yellowstone offer patrons 1-week to watch. The rest of our DVD collection is available for 1-week checkouts, but don’t forget to return them on time because DVDs are the exception to your library’s fine free policy (We no longer charge for overdue books, as long as they are returned eventually!)
