NOTICE OF LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION

TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2024, CASS COUNTY, MICHIGAN

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF MARCELLUS TOWNSHIP:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Marcellus Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Marcellus Township Clerk, the office of the County Clerk, a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Marcellus Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.

The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is July 22, 2024.

After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Marcellus Township Clerk’s office located at 463 W Main St, Marcellus, MI 49067 at the following times:

• Saturday, August 3 from 10:30am – 4:30pm and Sunday, August 4, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm

• Election Day, Tuesday, August 6, 2024, from 7:00am – 8:00pm

• Additional times by appointment

Township Proposals for: Millage Proposition for Marcellus Township Roads, Millage Proposition for Fire & Ambulance Operations and Maintenance, Wood Memorial Library Millage Renewal Proposition
