STEVENSVILLE, Mich- Michigan hard cider manufacturer, Peat’s Original Cider, is excited to announce a Best in Class Award for their hopped cider, The Knave: Zappa at The 16th Annual Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition (GLINTCAP).
Cider entries are evaluated on everything from taste and color to how true the cider submission is to the category of which it’s being judged. Judges hail from places as close as Grand Rapids and as far as Japan, bringing with them a deep expertise and expansive palate.
