Snowplow Bid Special Meeting
December 10, 2025
Supervisor Oxley called the special meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Members present – Oxley, Bitely, Nesbitt, Packer, and Smith. Also present – Attorney Moraitis and two guests.
Motion Packer support by Bitely to adjourn the special meeting at 7:00 pm. Voice vote – all yes. Motion passed.
Regular Meeting – December 10, 2025
Supervisor Oxley called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present – Oxley, Bitely, Nesbitt, Packer, and Smith. Also present – Attorney Moraitis and two guests.
Motion by Bitely with support by Packer to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on November 12, 2025. Voice vote – all yes. Motion passed.
Motion by Packer with support by Bitely to approve the Treasurer’s report subject to audit. Voice vote – all yes. Motion passed.
Motion by Nesbitt with support by Bitely to approve the bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. Motion passed.
Motion by Nesbitt with support by Bitely to hire Automatic Door Service to install automatic door opener for handicap access at Township Hall addition entrance, at a cost not to exceed $3000. Roll call vote – all yes. Motion passed.
Motion by Nesbitt with support by Packer to hire Automation Design to install cameras and a recorder for Township Hall addition, at a cost not to exceed $8000. Roll call vote – all yes. Motion passed.
Motion by Nesbitt with support by Packer to hire Complete Outdoor Service, pending an interview with Supervisor Oxley, for winter 25/26 snowplow and de-ice service at Township Hall and Cemeteries. Roll call vote – all yes. Motion passed.
Motion by Packer with support by Bitely to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 pm. Voice vote – all yes. Motion passed.
