NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2026
NEWBERG TOWNSHIP
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF NEWBERG TOWNSHIP:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Newberg Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk, the office of the County Clerk, Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, October 19th 2026.
After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Newberg Township Clerks office, located at 10320 Born St. Jones, MI. 49061 by contacting the clerk and scheduling an appointment by emailing clerk@newbergtwp.com or calling 269-251-6600.

Proposal 2026-2: A proposed initiated law to prohibit campaign contributions form certain regulated utilities and government contractors.

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF VOLINIA TOWNSHIP:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Volinia Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of Volinia Township Clerk, the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office; or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Volinia Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.

• Saturday, October 31st from 9:30am to 1:30pm and Sunday, August 2nd from 9:00am to 1:00pm
• Election Day, Tuesday, November 3rd from 7am to 8pm
• Call ahead for additional office hours
