The Village of Marcellus is accepting proposals for Third Party Management and administrative services for a proposed MSHDA Mi-Neighborhood Grant, if funded by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).
The Village of Marcellus has made an application for $324,500 for homeowner rehab and for $73,142 for public amenity; and will award a fixed-sum contract subject to approval by the Village of Marcellus Council and funding from MSHDA. Additional MSHDA funds can be utilized for the payment of program administration costs associated with the funded grant. The grant period will run from June 2024 to June 2026.

Those interested in applying should have knowledge of the MI-Neighborhood homeowner rehab and public amenity program and be ready to begin work immediately. Please submit a resume and proposal to Jacqueline Terrill, Village of Marcellus Manager/Clerk, by email at clerk@villageofmarcellus.org or by mail at PO Box 429, Marcellus, MI 49067. Resumes and proposals may also be dropped off in person to Jacqueline Terrill’s attention at the Village Hall at 177 E Main Street, Marcellus, MI 49067 between 8:30am and 12:00pm, and 1:00 and 4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday.
Proposals are due by Wednesday, July 17, 2024, 2024 at 4:30pm.
The Village of Marcellus reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The responsible Third-Party Administrator whose proposal will be most advantageous to the Village will be selected.
