Three senior varsity basketball players were recognized during the last home game of the regular season, Thursday, March 3. The crowd honored and thanked Captain Wyatt Haas, AJ Evans, and Caleb Adams for their contributions to the athletic program. The Cats fought the good fight but came up short against Lawrence, 47-28.

#24 Captain Wyatt Haas
Wyatt’s family consists of parents Bryan and Joanne Haas, and siblings Meghan, Mason, and Bryanne. This is his second year on varsity. Wyatt also played football and enjoys hanging out with family and friends. His plans after graduation are to secure a position in the skilled trades.
#42 Adam “AJ” Evans
AJ’s parents are Adam and Kim Evans, and siblings Lucas, Ariah, and Titus. This is his first year on varsity. AJ also attends the Van Buren Technology Center for Construction Trades. He plans to attend the Michigan Career and Technical Institute after graduation.
#44 Caleb Adams
Caleb’s parents are Joshua and Cindie Adams, and siblings, Jacob, Ben, and Elijah. This is Caleb’s first year playing varsity basketball. He attends the Van Buren Technology Center for Construction Trades and enjoys swimming. He plans to become a certified carpenter after graduation.
