Artist Laura Cathcart opens a solo exhibition of her large abstract works, Saturday, April 9, 3:00 – 5:00pm, at Patch & Remington, 115 E. Main, Marcellus.
Cathcart’s jewelry and smaller pieces have been a mainstay at Patch & Remington for the past year. According to co-founder Sarah Ayers, Cathcart’s larger pieces explore inspiration through color and movement. Her work is a reminder that we all need to give pause and tune into our innate emotive responses.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Upcoming classes at Patch & Remington include Gentle Flow Yoga Thursdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 10:00am, a Kids Art Class, Thursday, April 14, 4:30pm, and a Bouquet Bar and Floral Arranging Class with Rosie’s Floret, Friday, May 6, 5:00 – 7:00pm.
