Polls in Michigan are open Tuesday, November 8, from 7:00 am to 8:00pm. By State law, as long as you are in line at your polling place by 8:00pm, you have the right to cast your ballot.
You will be asked to show I.D.! If you don’t have ID, you can still vote.
If you arrive at your polling place without ID, Michigan law still allows you to vote. A poll worker will ask you to sign an affidavit before voting that states you didn’t have an ID. Your ballot will be included with all others and counted.
