President Irwin called the special meeting of the Marcellus Village Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on November 14, 2024, in the Marcellus Village Hall. Trustees present: Welburn, Haley, Webb, and Engstrom. Trustees Thomas and Markle were absent.

2024 and 2025 Budget Workshop Discussion
The Village Council discussed the General, Major and Local Streets, Municipal, Sewer, Water and Garbage Budgets for 2024 and 2025, the ongoing Downtown Streetscape, Highwater and DWSRF Water projects and their associated affect and effect on the Village Budgets. Transfer to DDA
Motion by Irwin, supported by Webb, to transfer $10,000 and not more, to the DDA to assist with the DDA’s budgeting for one of its projects. Roll call vote – Ayes: Haley, Webb, Engstrom, Welburn and Irwin. Nays: None. Motion carried.

Motion by Engstrom, supported by Haley, to adjourn at 8:15 p.m. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion passed.
