Village of Marcellus Council Proceedings – Special Meeting – Planning and Zoning Training Seminar, March 5, 2024

Village Council members held a special meeting on March 5, 2024, for the purpose of attending a Planning and Zoning Training Seminar proved by Kyle Mucha with McKenna Associates of Kalamazoo, Michigan in the Marcellus Village Hall Council Room. The training began at 7:00 p.m. Trustees present: Markle, Engstrom, Welburn, Irwin, Oswalt, Haley and Webb.

   Zoning Administrator Joe Kline, of SAFEbuilt Michigan, LLC, attended the meeting to assist with the presentation and answer any questions the Council or other attendees may have. 

   Village Utility Clerk Kim Henritzy and Village Treasurer Tina Thornburgh also attended the meeting, and the following members of the Marcellus DDA and Planning Commission were present:

Motion by Markle, supported by Thomas, to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried.
