On March 1, 2025, Michigan corn stocks totaled 188 million bushels, 7 percent below a year earlier, according to Marlo D. Johnson, Regional Director, USDA NASS, Great Lakes Regional Office. Michigan farmers intend to plant more corn and fewer soybeans in 2025 than they did last year, according to Marlo D. Johnson, Director of the USDA NASS, Great Lakes Regional Office.
